Our team will then process your order within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend up to 5-7 business days.
  • Order Fulfillment: After processing, orders are dispatched from our 3D Printing facility. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. This option is available for most locations and offers a cost-effective solution for non-urgent deliveries.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. This service ensures faster delivery for urgent orders.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • Promotions: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please refer to our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on these offers.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all states of India.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working towards expanding our shipping options in the future.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using this tracking number.

If you do not receive a tracking number within the specified processing time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed, please refer to the tracking information provided. Occasionally, carriers may experience delays due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours and check with your neighbours. If the package is still not found, contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
