1. Incomplete Orders

  • Withdrawal Period: The window for withdrawal on new orders concludes 48 hours after payment has been made for our products or services.
  • Order Cancellation: To initiate a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through email or our website.
  • Partial Performance of Services: If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

2. Completed Orders

  • Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire 7 days from the day of receipt of the printed parts.

3. Exercising The Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by WhatsApp or email). Our contact details can be found below.

4. Acknowledgement of Receipt

If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by SMS, WhatsApp, or email).

5. Meeting The Withdrawal Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

6. Refunds for Damaged Products and Prints

If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations in any way, we offer a refund within the withdrawal deadline. To initiate a refund for damaged products or prints, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to us directly through email or via our website.
  • Claim Submission: Ensure you include the order number, filename(s) of the affected parts, and images depicting the quality issues mentioned in your communication with us. For dimensional issues, kindly use a calliper and provide images. For broken or missing parts, photographs of the packaging are required.

7. Refund Process

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds for cancelled orders and damaged products and prints typically take 5-21 working days to process and show up in your bank account. In the case of Net Banking transactions, certain government banks may take some more days.
  • Notification: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Return Shipping Charges: If your refund is approved, we will also refund any shipping charges you incurred for returning the item(s).
