How Our Rapid Prototyping Service Works:

1. Project Submission:
   • Project Description: Provide a detailed description of your project, including objectives and key features.
   • Intended Use: Specify the intended application of the prototype to help us understand your requirements better.
   • Deadlines: Indicate your project timeline to ensure we meet your scheduling needs.
   • Functional Requirements: Outline any specific functional requirements for the prototype.
   • Reference Models and Designs: Upload any reference models, design files, and reference images. We support formats like JPG, PNG, PDF, DOCX, STL, OBJ, STEP, and 3MF. Additional files can be emailed after the initial consultation if necessary.
2. Review and Consultation: Our team reviews your submitted requirements and contacts you for further discussion. This consultation helps us clarify details and align our approach with your expectations.
3. Design and Development: Based on our discussions, we either forward your requirements to our in-house design team or collaborate with a trusted third-party design service. Our skilled designers work on creating the first iteration of your prototype.
4. Initial Quote: After the design phase, we provide an initial quote based on the complexity, intended use, and urgency of the project. This quote covers the first iteration of the prototype.
5. Agreement & Payment Terms:
   • Agreement Document: An Agreement document will be provided outlining the terms and conditions of our services. This document must be signed by both parties.
   • Initial Payment: Commencement of work requires an initial deposit (30% of the estimated total cost) and the signed Agreement document.
   • Terms Acceptance: By committing to the initial payment and emailing the signed and stamped Agreement document to us for official records, you accept the terms and conditions outlined therein.
   • Milestone Payments: Payments are required after each major design phase.
   • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and final approval.
6. Seamless Transition to Production: Once you are fully satisfied with the initial prototype, we offer seamless transition options:

• • Small Batch Orders: We accept small batch orders for any prototype built by us, ensuring continuity and flexibility for your ongoing needs.
  • Production Network: We can connect you with businesses that offer SLA/SLS 3D printing or CNC machining for large-scale production through our extensive network of trusted partners.
